1. User Eligibility 1.1. Legal Status. You must be at least 13 years old to use HowFaa services.
2. Use of Service 2.1. Visitor. You may access HowFaa services as a Visitor making one-time purchases. Your registration information will only be used for statistical purposes and for your future convenience when using HowFaa. No subscription is required. As a Visitor, you will not have access to all available features and services of HowFaa, including but not limited to the ability to save your surveys, rating reports, and HowFaa Scores for your friends. First time Visitors are entitled to send one free survey to their friends. 2.2. Member. You may choose to register as a Cute or CashMe member with verified page. The activation policies describing the benefits of each membership plan are disclosed to you when you activate the Service and are a part of this Agreement. 2.3. Use of Service and Communication. When you register to use the HowFaa services you agree to receive email communication from HowFaa including the notification emails and the newsletter. You may choose to opt out of receiving the newsletter but not the service notification emails.
3.Fees and Payments 3.1. Fees for Services. You agree to pay to HowFaa any fees for each Service you purchase or use in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. You will be billed using the billing method you select. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law HowFaa will NOT issue any refunds if the service could not be completed for the following reasons: (a) The User specified a wrong or inactive email address. (b) The Partner failed to open the HowFaa survey notification email. (c) The Rated failed to take the survey. 3.2. Ratings and Activations. Rating/Activation services or “Ratings/Activations” are billed on a monthly basis. This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “billing cycle”). Your Rating and Activation will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Rating and Activation at any time, in which case your Activation will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating. You will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle. The Rating and activation policies describing the benefits of each membership plan are disclosed to you when you subscribe to the Service and are a part of this Agreement. 3.3. Price Changes. . HowFaa may change the fees charged for the Rating Services at any time, provided that, for Services billed on a subscription basis, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your Activation. HowFaa will provide you with a prior written notice (at least 30 days in advance) of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to cancel your Rating and before the change becomes effective. 4.Account Management 4.1. Keep Your Password Secure. Upon creating a HowFaa account, you become responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access that account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you should notify HowFaa immediately. Accounts may not be shared and may only be used by one individual per account. 4.2. Keep Your Details Accurate. You must keep your email address, your contact details, and payment details associated with your account current and accurate. The activation policies describing the benefits of each membership plan are disclosed to you when you subscribe to the Service and are a part of this Agreement. 4.3. Account Inactivity. HowFaa may terminate your account and delete any content contained in it if there is no account activity (such as a log in event or payment) for over 12 months. However, we will attempt to warn you by email before terminating your account to provide you with an opportunity to log in to your account so that it remains active. 5. Acceptable Uses 5.1. Legal Compliance. You must use the Services in compliance with, and only as permitted by, applicable law. 5.2. Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for your conduct, content, and communications with others while using the Services. You must comply with the following requirements when using the Services: (a) You may not purchase, use, or access the Services for the purpose of building a competitive product or service or for any other competitive purposes. (b) You may not misuse our Services by interfering with their normal operation, or attempting to access them using a method other than through the interfaces and instructions that we provide. (c) You may not transmit any viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software, or links to such software, through the Services. (d) You may not engage in abusive or excessive usage of the Services, which is usage significantly in excess of average usage patterns that adversely affects the speed, responsiveness, stability, availability, or functionality of the Services for other users. (e) You may not use the Services to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or to commit an unlawful activity. (f) Unless authorized by HowFaa in writing, you may not resell or lease the Services. 6. Changes and Updates 6.1. Changes to Terms. . HowFaa may change these Terms at any time for a variety of reasons, such as to reflect changes in applicable law or updates to Services, and to account for new Services or functionality. 6.2. Changes to Services HowFaa constantly changes and improves the Services. HowFaa may add, alter, or remove functionality from a Service at any time without prior notice. If HowFaa discontinues a Service, we will give you reasonable advance notice to provide you with an opportunity to make an informed decision regarding continuation of your membership .
7.1. Availability HowFaa is excited to provide you with a great experience when using the Services; however, despite our best efforts our services may be unavailable from time to time due to various technical reasons. 7.2. Concept. . HowFaa does not claim any scientific approach underlying its services. The offered approach Rating exploration is based on common sense rather than on a specific psychological or visual contents rating theory.
